Orchestra Department

The Orchestra Department of Konzertdirektion Schmid is responsible for the planning and operation of orchestra tours on a world-wide basis. Our main focus is upon orchestral projects in Europe and the United States and we are proud to have worked with a wide variety of internationally renowned orchestras and ensembles over the past thirty years.

We see our role, above all, as one of facilitating contact between orchestras, artists and concert presenters. Our aim is to help in the preparation and development of cultural events of a high standard. Such projects can only come to fruition with the sort of precise and long-term planning which has always characterised our logistical work.
